Appointments are required for salon services. Walk-ins are also welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All services are priced according to the level of experience and education of the selected stylist. Our level system allows guests the opportunity to review factors of experience, education, and availability in order to decide which stylist is right for you. It also enables the stylists to appropriate compensation for their hard work, talent, and offers professional growth.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Guest Services will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling the appointment for another date/time or enabling you to see another service provider. Three canceled, or no-show appointments in a row may require a credit card to secure future appointments.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the services received at JRoland Salon, please contact us within seven days of your service date. We will be happy to address any concerns that you may have.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, and prices are only guaranteed within one year of purchase.
JRoland Salon gladly accepts cash, checks with proper ID, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. All appointments are scheduled with the estimated service time in mind. If you know you will need more time, please let us know. This will allow you to relax and enjoy your time with us.
Many times our guests ask who, and how much, should I tip? Gratuity is left to the discretion of our guests. The following can be used as guidelines.
Good service: 15% of the total bill
Exceptional service: 20% of the total bill
Shampoo/Assistant: $3 and up
Children are welcome for services, but children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times for safety reasons. JRoland Salon is not a child-proofed area, and employees cannot supervise children during your appointment. Services performed on children under the age of 18 require parental consent before service is to be completed.
Our highest commitment to you is your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
